Thanks for your interest in iXj.  Unfortunately, the tool is not available for download since it is tied to Harmonia, a C++ program analysis library developed at Berkeley, which is connected to Eclipse through JNI.  This dependency makes iXj too unwieldy to install and use for outside developers.  There's no real technical reason for this dependence (there was in the past) and I've long promised to everyone to port iXj completely to Eclipse.  Unfortunately, real-world priorities have been preventing me from doing this for the past two years  :(

The closest thing that I have to a demo is a screen-grab video that I captured for CHI.  It's linked on this page in the paper citation.
