Marat Boshernitsan
I am fascinated by how humans create software. I view software development as a fundamentally human activity: it is cooperative and collaborative, it brings together cognitive, social and cultural aspects, and it requires thoughtful managerial oversight and organizational coordination. My work focuses on inventing novel software development tools and processes that fit well with the way people work and empower software developers to create great software.
